Roy 1200 Analog Induction Heater
The Roy 1200 is based on one of our original induction heater designs. It's come a long way since the version 1.0 design. It is a Royer-based circuit but with powerful IXYS gate drivers. (We love all things IXYS!) The newest revision 2.23 includes all on-board components and paralleled IGBTs, in addition to numerous subtle changes and additions. Feel free to use this design as you wish--but the design must stay 'open source'. Commercial production is prohibited, but why would you go through all that trouble when you can buy all the parts and assemblies at the Fluxeon store?! |
